In December, Ningbo Veken Battery Co., Ltd. was recognized as a high-tech enterprise. 

In November, Ningbo Veken Battery Co., Ltd. has won the 2018 Ningbo Free Trade Zone Quality Award winning enterprises, and Veken lithium-ion battery brand was rated as "Zhejiang famous brand products". 

In October, Dongguan Veken Battery Co., Ltd. opened, which means South China industrial base project:Phase I, has been put into operation.

In April, Ningbo Veken Elite Group Co., Ltd. was renamed as Veken Technology Co., Ltd.

In January, it set up Dongguan Veken Battery Co., Ltd. and formally started the construction of South China Industry Foundation.

In December, Academician Expert Workstation of Veken Battery was rated by China Association for Science and Technology Office as the model academician expert workstation in 2017.

On October 16, Veken Elite made the general election of board of directors and board of supervisors. Mr. Yang Dongwen was appointed as Vice Chairman and General Manager of Veken Elite.

In September, it finished the new share registration procedure of asset reorganization of the company; Ningbo Veken Battery Co., Ltd. became the wholly-funded subsidiary of Veken Elite. The main industry of Veken Elite turned from textile to manufacturing of lithium ion battery.

In July, it received the formal approval document of the corporate release of the shares for purchasing assets and raising funds approved by CSRC.

In June, Academician Expert Workstation of Veken Battery was certified by CPC Zhejiang Provincial Committee Talent Work Leading Group as the academician expert workstation in Zhejiang Province.

On November 22, Ningbo Veken Elite Group Co., Ltd. was suspended, thus starting the major assets reorganization.

In July, it set up Dongguan City Yongwei Technology Co., Ltd.; the capacity of PACK was expanded to 150,000 pieces/day.

In March, Ningbo Veken New Energy Science & Technology Co., Ltd. was established, thus formally starting the construction of the power battery project.

On January 28, Ningbo Veken Battery Co., Ltd. was landed on New Three Board listed transaction (the stock code is 835456).

Veken battery implemented the capacity replacement project, eliminated the capacity of some aluminum shell battery and continued to expand the capacity of polymer battery, thus making the polymer capacity reach 200,000 pieces/day.

In September, Veken Battery Enterprise Technical Center was rated as "Enterprise Engineering Technology Center in Zhejiang Province".

The production of polymer battery was expanded to 100,000 pieces/day. The total capacity of the company reaches 300,000 pieces/day.

Ningbo Veken Battery Co., Ltd. finished the first round of fundraising.

On September 14, it set up the first academician workstation in Ningbo Bonded Area--Veken Battery Academician Expert Workstation with Professor Qian Yitai, Academician of CAS.

In June, the factory of polymer battery that produces 50,000 pieces per day was built. The total capacity of the company reached 260,000 pieces/day.

In October, Veken Battery started to construct the polymer battery factory. The planned capacity of the polymer battery is 50,000 pieces/day. The total capacity of the company reaches 220,000 pieces/day.

In October, Shenzhen Yongwei Technology Co., Ltd. was established, especially engaged in the battery PACK business.

On July 13, Ningbo Veken Battery Co., Ltd. was changed into Ningbo Veken Battery Co., Ltd.; The capacity of aluminum shell battery reached 200,000 pieces/day.

In April, the pilot production line of daily capacity of 10,000 AH polymer batteries of Veken Battery was put into operation.

It introduced in the automatic production line of aluminum shell lithium battery for the first time. The company's capacity of lithium battery shell battery was expanded to 100,000 pieces per day.

On December 10, Ningbo Veken Battery Engineering (Technique) Center was certified as Ningbo Enterprise Engineering (Technique) Center.

Veken Power Battery R&D group was established.

In September, the center was formally established.

In July, Veken Battery and CAS Ningbo Material Technique and Engineering Research Institute (hereinafter referred to as "CAS Ningbo Material Institute") signed Agreement of Jointly Setting up the Research Center of Power Lithium Battery Technique.

The high-temperature special battery autonomously developed by Ningbo Veken Battery Engineering (Technique) Center was smoothly put into operation.

Through the qualification certification of Lenovo cellphone supplier, Veken Battery became the mainstream cellphone battery supplier at home.

It finished the capacity expansion of three phases and formed the capacity of producing 50,000 aluminum shell lithium battery per day.

Ningbo Veken Battery Engineering (Technique) Center was rated as the engineering (technique) of the bonded area.

It undertook two municipal-level industrial difficulty-overcoming projects of Ningbo including the R&D of lithium ion power battery with high power and high-energy-density, R&D of exclusive lithium ion battery of high-rate discharging electrical tools, and realized the small batch of production.

It realized the transformation from the cellphone accessory market to the cellphone supplier through the certification of cellphone manufacturers such as Hisense, Gionee and Tianyu.

It finished the first production expansion and built the capacity of 30,000 aluminum shell lithium battery lithium batteries per day.

In April, it built the production line of 10,000 aluminum shell lithium batteries per day in the first phase; the products were offline.

On October 14, Ningbo Veken Energy Science & Technology Investment Co., Ltd. and Veken (Hong Kong) Textile Co., Ltd. jointly invested to set up Ningbo Veken Battery Co., Ltd.

On July 14, Ningbo Veken Elite Group Co., Ltd. and Ningbo Veken Group Co., Ltd. jointly invested to set up Ningbo Veken Energy Science and Technology Investment Co., Ltd.

On February 28, Ningbo Dunhuang Group Co., Ltd. was renamed as "Ningbo Veken Elite Group Co., Ltd."; the stock name was changed from "Dunhuang Group" into "Veken Elite".

On July 26, Ningbo Veken Group Co., Ltd. purchased the national shares of 40.2596 million shares of Dunhuang Group and became the first biggest shareholder of Dunhuang Group.

On June 29, the stock of Ningbo Dunhuang Group Co., Ltd. was listed in Shanghai Stock Exchange, with the stock code of 600152.

Exclusively launched by Ningbo Textile Group, it adopted the way of oriented fund-raising to set up Ningbo Dunhuang Group Co., Ltd.
